The lightweight, rugged TELEPEN Micropen is ideal for use in all types of school, college and public library applications. The compact Micropen barcode reader has a sealed , bevelled sapphire tip and an armoured, stainless steel fibre optic lead for optimal performance and long life.
Specifically designed for reading barcodes without the need to make contact with the label surface, the Micropen's precision optical system and wide speed range allows reliable reading without undue care, even on laminated labels. New surface mount versions of the popular Micropen now have both PC/AT and PS/2 connectors, built in CAPS LOCK detection and are available for use with WYSE terminals, including the type 520.
